Clinical Manager, RN

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes

• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, procedures, and consultations

• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Registered Nurse

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical management or healthcare management

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
