Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, and current medications using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits, including biopsies, excisions and cosmetic procedures.
• Manage medical records and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control standards
• Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and managing electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems).

Experience

• Proven medical office experience with a strong background in outpatient settings; dermatology experience highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and record management.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology to support comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
