What they need
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with updated PRC license.
- Preferably with earned units (at least 9 units) or completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience; 1 year in staff development, clinical instruction or training-related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with self-confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in clinical nursing procedures and equipment, competency validation and clinical assessment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva and other presentation/design tools.
