Clinical Operations Manager

Position: Clinic Manager – Cosmetic Clinic

Location: Thrissur

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cosmetic clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead the clinic team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and drive package sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and increase patient footfall.
• Analyze competitor services, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
• Supervise patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic efficiency.
• Oversee the clinic’s social media activities, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Ensure high standards of patient service and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in a cosmetic clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical spa, healthcare facility, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in clinic operations, staff management, and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
