Clinical Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Clinical Operations Manager for an innovative, membership-based healthcare organization in El Segundo, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN or NP who loves the clinical side of healthcare but also thrives on building teams, improving operations, creating systems, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The Nurse Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of a modern, integrative medical practice, partnering closely with physician and senior leadership to oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations while helping shape how the practice continues to grow.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for:

• Leading clinical, administrative, and patient-facing teams

• Building and refining workflows, protocols, SOPs, and operational systems

• Overseeing patient flow, scheduling, staffing, credentialing, safety, and compliance

• Creating a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience

• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams

• Tracking operational KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

• Supporting budgeting, expense management, and overall business performance

• Evaluating and helping launch new clinical services and offerings

• Managing vendors, equipment, inventory, and facility operations

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable healthcare regulations

We’re looking for someone who brings both strong nursing leadership and a true operator’s mindset. The ideal candidate has experience within concierge medicine, functional or integrative health, specialty outpatient care, or another high-service healthcare environment and is comfortable building processes from the ground up.

Qualifications include:

• Current California RN or NP license in good standing

• BA/BS degree

• 10+ years of relevant healthcare operations or practice management experience

• Nurse management experience strongly preferred

• Experience leading multidisciplinary, patient-facing teams

• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and clinical operations

• Financial and operational acumen

• Comfort with EMRs, CRM platforms, AI tools, workflow automation, and healthcare technology

• Experience opening or building out a medical practice is highly desirable

• Spanish language skills are a plus

This is a full-time, on-site position in El Segundo, CA.
