Clinical Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Healing Touch Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, patient retention initiatives, referral management, and HMO patient compliance programs. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, results-driven, and possesses strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HMO patient retention strategies and outreach efforts.
• Develop and implement patient growth and data-driven engagement strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate all internal and external referrals.
• Manage and track ordered diagnostic studies and specialty services.
• Coordinate patient transportation services and follow-up.
• Monitor and improve HMO patient compliance
• Ensure timely completion of referrals, authorizations, and care coordination activities.
• Generate reports, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with providers, specialists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and insurance companies to ensure continuity of care.

QualificationsRequired

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Professional medical office or healthcare operations background
• Experience with HMO plans, referrals, authorizations, and care coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans
• Experience managing quality measures and value-based care initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and patient retention experience
• Candidates with a Foreign Medical Doctor (MD) degree and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration are strongly encouraged to apply.
