Clinical Optometrist

Criteria:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Working experience in clinical field is an added value
• Bachelor's degree in BSc Optometry recognized by the Malaysian government and registered under Malaysian Optical Council with CGPA 3.0 & above
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Interest in clinical optometry

Job Description:

• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnose sight problems, such as near-sightedness or farsightedness, and eye diseases, such as glaucoma, diabetes and other diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and medications.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Provide pre-and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery—for example, examining a patient’s eyes the day after surgery.
• Promote eye health by counseling patients.
• Provide post-op analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
