Clinical Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacy

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and experience working with healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough medication histories and assessments to identify potential risks and benefits.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient medications and treatment plans.
• Provide expert advice on medication therapy management and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and clinical pharmacy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
