Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of Clinical Pharmacy experience
- Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York (NY)
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Serve as a communication liaison across patients, families, medical staff, and management to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
