About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to optimize medication therapy, ensure safe medication use, and support quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Provide medication therapy recommendations to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient responses and adverse drug reactions.
• Counsel patients on medication use and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Clinical Pharmacy degree, or equivalent.
• Valid PRC Pharmacist License.
• Preferably with clinical or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and patient care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
