What they need
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible in providing medication management services with other healthcare providers to ensure drug therapy will be rational, safe and cost-effective. They provide recommendations for appropriate drug product selection, effective regiment design and optimal drug therapy monitoring services.
At least a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy preferably with any of the following:
- Graduate of BS Clinical Pharmacy
- Graduate of Doctor of Clinical Pharmacy
- Clinical Pharmacy specialty course certification
At least two (2) years' experience in clinical pharmacy practice in a tertiary hospital.
PRC License for Pharmacy (Required)
