Position Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to take a hands-on role in clinical pharmacy services and daily pharmacy operations. This position is suited to an experienced pharmacist who values patient care, clinical decision-making, and a well-organized pharmacy environment. Remote work is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day clinical pharmacy services.
• Provide medication reviews and personalized medication management.
• Assess patient medication needs and support appropriate therapy.
• Coordinate clinical pharmacy activities and workflows.
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy staff with clinical services.
• Review prescriptions and medication-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records.

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to practise in Canada.
• Previous experience in community or clinical pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmacy practice.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to accurate, patient-focused pharmacy care.

Rémunération : 72,00$ à 75,00$ par heure
