Pay Range: $18 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process formulary change requests from health plans.
• Maintain formulary status grids and perform audits for accuracy.
• Handle inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits and prior authorization requests.
• Assist in the resolution of pharmacy audit discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists on formulary database maintenance.
• Process member claims and educate members on their pharmacy benefits.
• Document and manage prior authorizations and appeals efficiently.
• Participate in compliance audits and support operational issue resolution.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Valid Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Part D operations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims processing systems.
