Clinical Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with 2-5 years of experience in clinical project coordination.

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate and manage clinical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, scientific, and operational staff.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, coordinate site selection, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in clinical project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, including GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Office and clinical systems.
