Professional Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager (or Senior Clinical Project Manager) to plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver designated clinical study projects. You will ensure project objectives related to quality, scope, cost, and time are achieved, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease trials in a global CRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee clinical study projects from initiation to close-out.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver studies on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance management for team members.
• Support complex and global clinical trials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science or a health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years of direct project management experience. Experience managing complex and global trials preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Other: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
