Clinical Project Manager – Oncology | Colombia | Fully Remote

Upsilon Global is partnering with a growing clinical research organisation to identify an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) with a strong background in Oncology to join a remote clinical operations team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinical operations professional with a proven track record in project delivery, team leadership and clinical trial oversight. The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team of approximately four Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) supporting US-based remote monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and oversee a team of approximately four CRAs, promoting accountability, performance and professional development.
• Manage clinical trial operations and deliverables across US-based remote monitoring projects, from study start-up through execution and closeout.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for US-based senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) or Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Demonstrated clinical research experience in Oncology.
• Previous experience as a CRA or Senior CRA (SCRA) is strongly preferred.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, to support effective collaboration with US-based teams.
• Must be based in Colombia and eligible to work remotely.
