Clinical Project Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Specialist to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate clinical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical writing.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to project team members on clinical trial conduct and data management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
• Proven experience in clinical project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, protocols, and informed consent forms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
