Happi Therapy is recruiting Clinical Psychologists in Nigeria
Fully remote | Target launch: January 2027

Happi Therapy is a new online mental health platform being built primarily for Africans on the continent and in the diaspora. Our mission is to make culturally sensitive care more accessible—care that understands our identities, families, communities, and lived experiences.

With an initial launch planned for Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa, we are inviting qualified clinical psychologists in Nigeria to join our founding provider network and complete onboarding ahead of launch.

Who We’re Looking For

Compassionate clinical psychologists who combine strong clinical skills with an understanding of African cultural contexts. We welcome professionals with experience supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• Current, verifiable professional registration and practice credentials, including an up-to-date NACP practice license.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience.
• Based in Nigeria and qualified to practice independently within your professional scope.
• A commitment to culturally sensitive, ethical, evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• A private workspace, reliable internet, a suitable device, and dependable power or backup power.
• Availability to complete credential verification and platform onboarding before the January 2027 target launch.

Compensation and payment terms will be shared during recruitment.

Services for clients outside Nigeria will depend on verification of the applicable practice requirements for the client’s location.
