Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Manage appointments, registrations, and patient enquiries.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Manage billing and basic administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain a smooth and organized reception area.
• Ensure a friendly and positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle patients and enquiries with patience and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a clinic/hospital reception is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
