Clinical Recruiting Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Recruiting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Forecast provider demand in collaboration with clinical leaders and prioritize recruiting efforts accordingly
• Design and continuously enhance recruiting processes to optimize efficiency
• Establish and uphold standards and procedures for a consistent recruiting experience
• Coordinate with various internal teams and external partners for effective recruitment operations
• Analyze labor market trends and adapt strategies to enhance recruiting outcomes
• Create dashboards and monitor KPIs to evaluate and improve recruiting performance

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proven track record of developing and implementing recruiting strategies for clinical roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce analytics and performance metrics
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
