Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct site visits to monitor and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing, to achieve study objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of study progress and results, including protocol deviations and adverse events.
• Participate in the development of new clinical trial protocols, investigator's brochures, and informed consent forms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (e.g., biology, pharmacy, medicine).
• Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CTMS (Clinical Trials Management System) software and other relevant tools.
