Clinical Research Coordinator

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate clinical research activities, including protocol development and study execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and other partners.
• Conduct site monitoring visits and provide guidance on study conduct and data management.
• Analyze and interpret data from studies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting study findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical research roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to clinical research.
