About the Role:

Prime Clinical Research Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team in Mansfield, TX. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical trial operations in compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
• Screen, enroll, and monitor study participants throughout the duration of clinical trials
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data and source documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for study sponsors, IRBs, and clinical monitors
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including IRB submissions and protocol amendments
• Administer study procedures, collect biological samples, and perform assessments per protocol
• Ensure participant safety and informed consent compliance throughout all study phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health science, biology, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in clinical research coordination or a clinical setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB submission processes
• ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC, CCRP) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
