Clinical Sales Representative

We're partnering with a globally established, innovative medical technology company at the forefront of minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery.

With a highly differentiated surgical portfolio, strong international presence and growing U.S. footprint, the company is helping reshape how spinal conditions are treated.

They're looking for a Houston-based Clinical Specialist to support surgeon adoption, provide intraoperative clinical expertise and help drive growth across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical support during spine procedures.
• Work directly with orthopedic spine surgeons, neurosurgeons and OR teams.
• Support surgeon training, product demonstrations and clinical education.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive product adoption and territory growth.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Ideal Background:

• Experience in spine, orthopedics, neurosurgery or surgical medical devices.
• Strong OR knowledge and experience supporting surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to minimally invasive or endoscopic surgery is a plus.
• Houston-based with flexibility for travel.
