What they need
- Bachelors degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or life sciences with 8–10+ years of clinical programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical programming skills with deep understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and relational databases
- Expertise in end-to-end clinical data flow including upstream data handling (eDC, workflows, SDTM) and downstream deliverables (ADaM, define.xml, e-submissions)
- Proficient in tools and technologies such as SAS, MS Office, XML, Pinnacle 21, along with R and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials, statistical concepts, medical terminology, and global regulatory standards (NDA, BLA, MAA)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional clinical teams and contribute to regulatory filings across the drug development lifecycle
