Clinical Services Project Manager

Russell Tobin is partnering with a top Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics to identify a Clinical Services Project Manager for a REMOTE opportunity .

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, establishing timelines, tracking cross-functional activities, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Client & External Relations: Serve as the primary single point of contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Sample & Data Oversight: Guide day-to-day sample process flow, ensure accurate result reporting, and track/communicate project reports and clinical study data.
• Administrative & Collaboration: Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and foster continuous improvement within the clinical sciences team.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications are preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of project and/or clinical trial management experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical environment. Experience with rapid milestone achievement and bio-sample management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, email) and ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred

Additional Details :

• Location: REMOTE

• Duration: 12+ Month’s contract with potential to extend

• Pay rate: $32–$35/Hr. depending on experience
