The Opportunity

We are looking for a Clinical Site Coordinator to join our Takapuna team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Clinical Site Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinical research site. You'll work closely with clinical and operational teams, participants, sponsors, and external stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of clinical trials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being highly organised, and enjoys being the central point of coordination for a busy site.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to support the successful delivery of clinical trials.
• Ensure the site has appropriate levels of consumables, office supplies, and operational resources.
• Manage participant bookings and scheduling activities to support study requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for participants, clinical staff, sponsors, CROs, auditors, and external suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure awarded studies are delivered efficiently and according to timelines.
• Answer and manage incoming telephone enquiries and correspondence.
• Support communication and collaboration between site teams and key stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative processes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and participant experience.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture where people enjoy the work they do.

About You

You'll bring:

• At least one years' experience in a coordination, administration, or operational support role within a site based clinical trial environment.

• Bachelors degree in Science or Social Sciences

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Experience working within clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and drug development.

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP principles.
