Clinical Studies Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Studies Specialist to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical studies, with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement study protocols, case report forms, and informed consent forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments and coordinate with investigators to ensure successful trial execution.
• Manage study budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of study progress and results.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
• Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
