This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex studies on track.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies progressing on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and external partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear stakeholder alignment throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to inform and improve AI training datasets and evaluation frameworks

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Skilled at managing CROs, vendors, or external research partners in a regulated environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent workstreams without losing focus or quality
• A clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across complex, multi-site studies
• Self-directed and dependable when working remotely and independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or research data workflows
• Background in early-phase, oncology, or multi-regional clinical trials
