Love 2 Learn Consulting is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor (Mid-Tier) for experienced Behavior Interventionists who are enrolled in a graduate-level BCBA program and actively working toward BCBA certification.
Under the direction and supervision of a BCBA, you’ll take on increased clinical and leadership responsibilities while developing the skills you’ll need as a future BCBA. You’ll help shape individualized ABA programs, mentor Behavior Interventionists, monitor client progress, collaborate with families, and participate in assessment and treatment planning.
What You’ll Do
- Mentor, coach, and support Behavior Interventionists
- Help implement, monitor, and refine individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Review client data and progress and collaborate with your BCBA on treatment recommendations
- Participate in assessments, observations, and treatment planning
- Support caregivers in implementing strategies across everyday routines and environments
- Monitor treatment integrity and model effective ABA strategies
- Complete progress reports, clinical notes, and other required documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the child’s care team
- Provide direct ABA support when clinically appropriate
- Travel to clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience as a Behavior Interventionist or in a comparable direct ABA role
- Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program working toward BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Strong foundation in ABA principles and individualized intervention
- Strong communication, writing, organization, and time-management skills
- A desire to coach others, grow as a clinician, and develop into a strong BCBA
- Professionalism, dependability, flexibility, and openness to feedback
Grow From BI to BCBA
This role is designed to help you bridge the gap between providing direct intervention and becoming a clinical leader. With guidance and supervision from experienced BCBAs, you’ll build real-world experience in treatment planning, clinical decision-making, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, mentorship, and leadership while working toward BCBA certification.
Build your clinical skills. Grow as a leader. Make an impact.
