Clinical Supervisor , BCBA

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices. We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.

What does a day at Hybridge look like?

• Oversee the implementation of home-based ABA Therapy programs for clients
• Some cases have the opportunity to have partial / some supervision hours via Telehealth.
• Opportunities to work in schools conducting assessments as needed
• Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library
• Over 5000 individualized programs
• Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians
• Utilize online data collection
• Work with a dynamic team of professionals

What we are looking for:

• The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA , as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand
• Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids
• Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $92.00 - $105.00 per hour
