We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our behavioral health team. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed therapists, case managers, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards.
• Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for clients across various age groups, including pediatrics and families.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Manage crisis intervention efforts promptly and effectively to ensure client safety and stabilization during emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, facilitate case management activities, and support clients with co-occurring disorders or neurodevelopmental conditions like autism.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, treatment notes, and clinical data within electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct regular clinical team meetings to review cases, provide training on medical terminology, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or families in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Strong background in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, crisis management, and behavioral management techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling.
• Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience supervising licensed clinicians or support staff.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation and data collection purposes.
• Familiarity with working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism.
• Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to manage complex cases involving co-occurring disorders.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical records management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating strong communication skills with clients’ families and external providers.
