What they need
Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or Licensed Psychologist)
Are you a deeply compassionate, evidence-based therapist looking for a clinical home that values your growth just as much as your clients' healing?
At RISE Psychological Services, we believe that healing happens in a supportive, deeply connected environment and we know that starts with how we treat our team. We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our practice as an expert-level clinical supervisor. If you are passionate about fostering Resilience, Introspection, Serenity, and Empowerment in others, we might be the perfect fit for each other.
About you:
- You have years of experience and are comfortable supervising and treating individuals with high-acuity presentations (anxiety, BPD, depression, high-conflict co-parenting, OCD, and/or trauma).
- You know how to hold the therapy space during a high-conflict parenting session, understand the nuances of comprehensive DBT, and you have a genuine passion for guiding adolescents and adults through their most turbulent times of life.
- You love clinical work and are looking for a place where your advanced clinical expertise is respected, valued, and gives you a real voice in the company.
- You have a passion for mentoring the next generation of therapists and you lead by example.
About Us:
At RISE Psychological Services, we built our practice on the Christian values of humility, respect, and compassion for all people. We actively strive to improve the health and lives of our patients and the work-life balance of our therapists. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or Licensed Psychologist) to step into a leadership role within our small and growing team.
In this role, you will carry a specialized caseload of clients that you enjoy the challenge of working with, while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to associate-level therapists. We offer a highly collaborative and growth oriented environment, all of the clinical tools you’ll need, and a culture deeply rooted in our core values: R*esilience, Introspection, Serenity, and E*mpowerment.
If you are looking for a space where your clinical voice actually shapes the practice, your boundaries are respected, and your expertise is highly valued, then we are excited to meet you!
