Clinical Supervisor RN OB/GYN – Days

Role Overview: The nurse supervisor oversees clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, and resource utilization, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide shift-to-shift leadership in clinical operations, environment of care, and staff performance.
• Deliver competent, compassionate, and age-appropriate patient care.
• Offer real-time feedback to staff and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate employee engagement and professional governance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BSN required; 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Specialty certifications (e.g., PALS, ACLS, TNCC) are advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of patient flow processes and process change implementation.
