Part Time Office Position - Clinical Support in Veterinary Anaesthesia

Australian manufacturer of Veterinary Anaesthesia, Patient Warming & Monitoring equipment. Our anaesthesia manufacturing company is a global leader in innovation and the design, manufacture and service of veterinary anaesthesia, hypothermia prevention and monitoring equipment

The position is ideal for a Veterinary Nurse looking for a Part-Time non nursing role whilst still assisting the veterinary community. The position can suit school hours for an appropriate candidate. Training in the position duties will be provided.

The position entails assisting customers to arrange service of equipment, provide clinical advice and troubleshooting in response to enquiries. The role provides support to our customers in Veterinary Hospitals, Universities, Zoos and Animal Facilities. Liaision between veterinary professionals and our service & technical teams located in Gladesville.

Requirements:

· Qualified Veterinary Nurse with clinical experience in anaesthesia

· Experience in customer support or client engagement is preferred

· Excellent Communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of people

· Enthusiasm for anaesthesia & monitoring equipment, its’ applications and clinical use

· Problem-solving skills

· Experience in Excel, Word & Access (database) desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gladesville NSW 2111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary nurse: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
