Clinical Support Representative

This opportunity is open to applicants who have completed at least 2 years of college, regardless of course, and have a minimum of 6 months of work experience. BPO experience is not required.

As a Clinical Support Representative , you will assist customers with their concerns, provide accurate and timely support, and ensure every interaction meets the account's service and quality standards.

Salary & Compensation

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱21,000

Upon Hire, You Can Receive

• ₱18,000 Basic Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers through various interactions.
• Address customer questions, requests, and concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on established processes.
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
• Follow company and account policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and account information.
• Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and other activities to continuously improve performance.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve overall account goals.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college, any course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in any industry.
• BPO experience is not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating different systems.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Willing to work onsite based on the assigned work arrangement.
