What they need

Are you caring, compassionate and passionate about making a difference to the lives of newborn babies and their families? Join our dedicated Neonatal Unit at King's Mill Hospital, where you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and family-centred care to newborn and premature babies.

We are looking for someone with a caring and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A willingness to learn, develop new skills and provide respectful, individualised care is essential. You should understand the importance of supporting not only our tiniest patients but also their families, offering kindness, reassurance and compassion throughout their experience.

This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a dedicated team committed to giving every baby the best possible start in life. You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience while contributing to a supportive environment where patient safety, dignity and family involvement are at the heart of everything we do.
