Clinical Trainer - Aesthetic Equipment

Role Overview

• Full-time, permanent role based in Sydney supporting practitioners across NSW, with a focus on the Sydney area.
• Deliver hands-on clinical training and education to aesthetic practitioners, dermal clinicians, nurses and medical professionals
• Support clinics to implement safe, effective, evidence-based treatment protocols across laser and energy-based technologies
• Educate on treatment protocols, patient assessment, contraindications and best-practice approaches
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted clinical resource
• Regular travel to clinics, training events and customer sites

Skills Required

• Bachelor of Dermal Science preferred, or Nursing qualification with relevant aesthetic experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in aesthetic, dermal treatments, including laser and energy-based procedures
• Previous experience in clinical training, education or mentoring within aesthetics - highly desirable
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
