Clinical Trial Liaison

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Trial Liaison to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role will serve as a key scientific and operational connector between clinical sites, investigators, and internal study teams. The position focuses on strengthening site engagement, supporting patient recruitment and retention efforts, and helping ensure high-quality study execution across assigned therapeutic areas.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,500 – $267,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical sites, and site staff
• Conduct discussions with investigators regarding operational challenges related to patient recruitment and retention
• Engage in clinical and scientific conversations to help ensure quality study endpoints
• Communicate feedback from key opinion leaders and site staff to internal and external teams
• Guide project teams in site identification based on knowledge of site capabilities and anticipated protocol challenges
• Manage site performance issues by proactively addressing study site challenges
• Serve as an alternate contact for site issue escalations and support the organization's external presence

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required, or a bachelor's or master's degree plus experience as a licensed healthcare provider
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research across academia, pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO settings
• At least 3 years of experience in the specific therapeutic area or indication assigned
• Proven experience working directly with clinical sites and investigators
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with clinical sites
