Clinical Trial Study Coordinator - HCTM

About the role

Prima Nexus Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Clinical Trial Study Coordinator to support an ongoing clinical research project at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM), Cheras. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world clinical research, including participant management, clinical study coordination, sample processing and research documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical study activities at HCTM
• Manage and communicate with study participants
• Coordinate participant appointments and study visits
• Support participant screening and study documentation
• Coordinate on-site activities with investigators and research teams
• Assist with biological sample collection
• Perform sample processing, including centrifugation, separation and aliquoting where required
• Ensure proper sample labelling, storage and tracking
• Maintain accurate study records, logs and documentation
• Follow study protocols, SOPs and research requirements

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biological Science, Medical Science, Health Science or related Life Sciences
• Basic laboratory and biological sample-handling knowledge
• Confident in communicating with study participants
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hospital/clinical research environment
• Able to travel to and work on-site at HCTM Cheras
• Clinical research or study coordination experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and relevant laboratory skills are encouraged to apply
