What they need
About the role
Join Malaysia's first chiropractic and medical doctor-founded sleep care team as a Clinician's Assistant. You will be the welcoming face of our clinic and the backbone of our front desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and register customers
- Manage appointments and front desk operations
- Assist customers with enquiries and payments
- Assist in preparing and assembling Custom Mochi Pillows
- Ensure the showroom and consultation areas are clean and organised
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide an excellent customer experience
About you
- SPM, Diploma, or above
- No front desk experience required (Full training provided)
- Able to speak Mandarin & English (BM is a bonus)
- Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
