What they need
We are looking for experienced and confident *Final Expense Closers* who can close warm / live transfers from our fronters.
Responsibilities:
Close Final Expense deals on live / warm transfers
Build rapport, identify client needs & pitch suitable FE plans
Overcome objections and maintain compliance (TCPA / DNC)
Achieve daily / weekly closing targets
Maintain call notes and update CRM properly
Coordinate with QA team for call quality
Requirements:
Minimum 6 Months experience
Excellent American English accent & closing skills
Strong knowledge of products, carriers & objection handling
Must have experience of working on live transfers
Punctual, target-oriented and professional attitude
