• Generate and source new leads through various channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
• Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Coordinate with sourcing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination with legal, accounts, CRM, and documentation teams.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, pipeline, and closures.
