Overview

We're seeking a Closing Coordinator to join our team based in our Canonsburg, PA office. In this position, you'll play an important role in helping residential mortgage transactions move efficiently from approval through final funding. You'll work closely with lenders, borrowers, settlement agents, and internal teams to ensure every closing is completed accurately and on time.

Whether you're coming from mortgage, title, banking, real estate, customer service, or an administrative background, we're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in this industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of residential mortgage transactions through the closing process
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Track outstanding items and follow up with appropriate parties
• Maintain organized electronic loan files and records
• Communicate professionally with clients, borrowers, lenders, and settlement partners
• Help ensure deadlines and funding requirements are met
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

What we are looking for

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in mortgage, title, real estate, banking, financial services, or customer service is helpful but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
