Designation: Closing Manager

Department: Mandate

Location: Panvel

Role Objective:

The Real Estate Sourcing Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties as per the organization’s requirements. The role includes market research, property scouting, building broker/owner relationships, and coordinating site visits and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and online inquiries.

Conduct property presentations for prospective buyers.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable real estate options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to post-sales or documentation teams.

Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rate and reduce sales cycle time. Maintain updated records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM. Participate in property expos, open houses, and promotional campaigns as required.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in any field.

2–5 years of real estate sourcing, channel sales, or acquisition experience. Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and regulations. Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or real estate platforms.
