Closing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels.
• Monitor lead calling, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Improve site visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
• Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Guide team members on effective sales pitches and follow-up strategies.
• Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and channel partners.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
• Identify market trends, competitor projects, and new sales opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably residential projects.
• Minimum 12 years of team-handling/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thane real estate market will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
