Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete sales closing process from negotiation to booking.
• Convert qualified leads into successful property bookings and sales.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales, pre-sales, CRM, and documentation teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and closures.
• Drive the team toward achieving closing targets.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in real estate sales and closing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market.
• Target-oriented with strong client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives (based on experience).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
