Position - Closing Manager (CP Firm)
Office location -Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066
Week off - Monday
Working time - 10:30am to 7:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales closure for residential real estate units
- Engage with walk-in and pre-qualified leads at the project site
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals with customers
- Coordinate with the builder sales team, CRM, and legal teams for smooth closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance referrals and repeat business
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
