Closing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting project presentations and site visits, negotiating with prospective buyers, and successfully converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into successful property bookings.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and other commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium buying experience.
• Coordinate with sourcing, pre-sales, CRM, and management teams for smooth closures.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records and provide regular reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/booking targets.
• Stay updated on the project, pricing, inventory, offers, competitors, and local real estate market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closing preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
