Closing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to manage property deal closures, customer coordination, documentation, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely completion of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end property closures from booking to agreement execution.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, channel partners, and internal departments to finalize deals.
• Manage property documentation, agreement drafting coordination, stamp duty, and registration processes.
• Follow up on customer payments, outstanding dues, and collections in coordination with the accounts team.
• Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and banking teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Assist customers with home loan documentation and related formalities.
• Ensure timely completion of agreements, registration, possession, and property handover.
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for bookings, closures, collections, and pending transactions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a relevant qualification is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate closures, CRM, or transaction management.
• Good knowledge of property documentation, registration, and payment processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
